The skills assessment The skills assessment allows the student to analyze his personal and professional skills, his aptitudes and his motivations in support of a professional project and, if necessary, training. This is a key moment in the student journey because it should allow him to know how to orient him in higher education. It takes between 5 to 8 sessions to carry out a skills assessment, but the number of sessions will depend on the initial situation and the project undertaken. The skills assessment will begin with a phase of personal introspection during which the person will go around their skills, experiences, values, desires and weaknesses. Then will be built a professional project which will give rise to an action or even training plan.
